Return Policy

At Calloway Orthowear, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted; wearing is not.
  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via info@callowayorthowear.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. We will provide you with the returns address of our warehouse (based in China).
  3. You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, so your return can be followed safely.

    That said, we always aim to find a suitable solution for our customers. For example, if the size is not quite right, we can look into an exchange or offer an alternative solution such as 70% store credit.

    With this option, you can use the store credit towards a new item and only pay the remaining difference. Most importantly, you would not need to send the items back to us. This means you can keep the items you already received, while still receiving support towards a better-fitting replacement.

    This way, we can help you find the best possible solution without the extra time, effort, or inconvenience of returning the items.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds
Once the item has been received at the returns address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
